Shipping and Delivery
What is your delivery policy?
At present we only deliver to the UK. All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail 48 hour tracked. Please allow 1-2 business days for dispatch from the warehouse, plus 48 hours for Royal Mail to deliver. The delivery cost is £3.95 but FREE for orders over £40.

All products are free from Parabens, Sulphates, Silicones, Mineral oils, Artificial Colours and Fragrances.
What if I change my mind after receiving the products?
We offer a 14 day returns policy for all unopened and unused products.
What skin types are your products suitable for?
Our products are designed to work well for all skin types.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Absolutely! We are proud to say that our products are 100% cruelty-free. We never test on animals at any stage of production.
Can I use your products if I have sensitive skin?
Our products are generally suitable for sensitive skin, and reactions are very rare. However, if you experience any irritation or allergic reaction, please stop using the product. Always patch-test new products if you have highly reactive skin.
How should I store my skincare products?
Store your skincare products in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight or extreme temperatures. This helps preserve the effectiveness of the active ingredients.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Our products have a shelf life of up to 3 years if unopened. Once opened, we recommend using them within 6 to 12 months for optimal results. You can check the packaging for specific expiration dates.

Our products contain ingredients like azelaic acid and essential oils at safe concentrations for pregnancy. However, if you have any concerns, we recommend consulting your healthcare professional to be sure based on your personal needs.
Are your products fragrance-free?
Many of our products are fragrance-free or contain only natural fragrances derived from essential oils.
Can I use your products with prescription skincare or medications?
If you are using prescription skincare treatments or medications, we recommend consulting with your dermatologist or healthcare provider to ensure compatibility with our products.
What should I do if I experience irritation or an allergic reaction?
If you experience irritation, discontinue use immediately and consult with a healthcare professional if needed. For minor reactions, stop using the product and see if symptoms subside. If you know you have sensitive skin, always do a patch test before using a new product.
Are your products eco-friendly or sustainable?
Yes. Our Hydrating Face Cream and Energising Body Lotion packaging have been manufactured to be entirely metal free so are fully recyclable with your plastics at home.
For our Hair and Scalp Mist the base bottle can be recycled, however the spray pump contains functional components so cannot be recycled fully and will need to be separated from the bottle before discarding.
We are committed to continuously improving our packaging to make it as eco-friendly as possible.
Can I use your products alongside other brands?
Yes, you can mix and match our products with those from other brands. Just be mindful of any overlapping active ingredients (like acids or retinoids) to avoid irritation. Always follow a skincare routine that works best for your skin's needs.
