1. Ambassador Participation

By submitting, the ambassador sign up form, I am agreeing to the terms and conditions listed below:

• By participating in the Gem & Tonic Brand Ambassador Program, I agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. I confirm that I am aged 18 or over.
• By agreeing to these terms and conditions, I am taking full responsibility for my online activity, and deem Gem & Tonic as not liable should any of this information and consent be false. 
• I am not an employee, agent, franchise, or partner of the company. I cannot act on behalf of the company. I do not have any authority to incur debt, obligation, or liability on behalf of the company.

2. Ambassador Commitments 

• I will promote and market Gem & Tonic products to customers, following the below guidelines to the best of my ability: 
• Share brand messages on social networks.
• Receive new products and provide photo or video content for promotional, social, or website use.  
• Share on-brand content using our brand hashtag: #GemAndTonic.
• Maintain Gem & Tonic's high standard quality for content: messaging and visuals. 
• Create and share content that is positive, respectful, and aligned with the values of Gem & Tonic. Content will not contain offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate material. All content will comply with the terms of the social media platform being used.

3. Ambassador - Other

• When using hashtag tagging #GemAndTonicAmbassador, #GemAndTonic or tagging @gemandtonicofficial, Gem & Tonic will have the rights to use the image for email marketing or website content.
• I will not share confidential information, including product launch details, product images, or ambassador materials.
• I understand that I will not receive monetary compensation or gift cards for use of images or videos used on the company’s social media networks. I will not receive any financial or other compensation for product promotion through my social media network.
• I will not sell company products on unauthorized websites on the internet or in retail establishments.
• I will protect the company’s trademark by not reproducing the company’s name/trademark or any company materials for use in advertising without the written approval of the company.
• I will promote Gem & Tonic products on social media accounts by posting appropriate photos of marketing events showcasing the products. I will contact the company if a clear understanding of “appropriate” photos is needed.
• Gifted products are to be referred to as #gifted and #ad and my status as a #GemAndTonicAmbassador is to be disclosed.
• I will post as often as I would like on my social media accounts and tag #GemAndTonicAmbassador, #GemAndTonic, in each post that relates to Gem & Tonic products, skincare, get ready/unready with me. I understand that I have permission to repost an existing post by Gem & Tonic as long as I tag @gemandtonicofficial upon publishing the post.
• I will not speak negatively about the brand or those I work with publicly. Please reach out to Gem & Tonic first with any issues or concerns.  
• I will treat other Brand Ambassadors with kindness and respect, especially in community chat forums. Gem & Tonic does not tolerate bullying or negativity under any circumstances.
• I will conduct myself in a manner that reflects the highest standard of integrity and responsibility in keeping with the reputation of the company. If I do not uphold these standards, I will be immediately removed from the Brand Ambassador Program.
• If I choose to leave the Brand Ambassador program, any photos sent to Gem & Tonic will remain in their database to use on their social media platforms and marketing campaigns.
• I must be an *active* Brand Ambassador to remain in the program ('active' means regularly creating Gem & Tonic content)
• I agree that the company reserves the right to cancel this agreement at any time.
• I have read the company’s privacy policy and I agree to these terms.

4. Gem & Tonic Commitments

GA Ventures Limited trading as Gem & Tonic (the Company) understands and agrees:

• The Company will provide one free welcome gift upon entering the program. The welcome gift is chosen by the brand and varies by location. The Company is not responsible or required to provide additional products or gifts. 
• The Company may provide additional gifts to top performing Brand Ambassadors at its discretion.
• The Company will retain the rights to use any photos they send us or tag us in, even if the Brand Ambassador exits the program.
• The Company agrees to adhere to the Company’s privacy policy and these terms and conditions.
• The Company has the right to remove an ambassador at any time without notice and at the discretion of the Company.

5. General

• Either party may terminate this agreement immediately for cause or without reason upon written notice. The notice may be via email.
• Gem & Tonic may alter or discontinue the Brand Ambassador Program at any time.
• The Brand Ambassadors will not be treated as a company employee for any reason.
