For Gemma, the golden rule of the season is to avoid getting overly stressed! Sticking to simple routines and keeping a calm mindset makes the holidays feel joyful rather than exhausting.

With shorter days and limited sunlight, taking a daily Vitamin D supplement is an essential part of Gemma’s winter routine. It supports energy, mood, and immune health, helping you stay bright and alert throughout the season.
